An Organic Delusional Disorder in Association with Turner's Syndrome

Abstract

|
We reported a rare case of organic delusional disorder in a patient of Turner's syndrome with the karyotype of [46, XXp-]. In addition tothe characteristic physical features such as sexual infantilism, short shieldlike chest, webbed neck, low
posterior
hairline and kwilonychia, hypothyroidism and hypogonadism were also found on the endocrinlolgic studies.
